Isaac Martín, translator based in Seville
Hi! I'm Isaac, a Sevillian translator specializing in the agri-food, tourism, tourism, and digital content.
Education in Translation and Interpretation
I hold a degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Seville, Spain). My main languages are Spanish (my native language), English and French. During my four years of study (2021–2025), I developed a wide range of skills and knowledge, with a particular focus on localisation (website, software and video game translation) and translation technologies.
Specialisation and Languages

I have worked with great attention to detail, organization and peripheral learning in professional environments where communication and teamwork with other professionals are key.
A proactive and versatile profile
In recent years, I have participated in numerous certified workshops and other events at Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Notably, I attended workshops on professional editing and proofreading, literary translation and French culture, and graphic medicine translation, demonstrating my thematic versatility as a translator. Other highlights include volunteering at the 47th AEDEAN Conference and presenting at the VI A los Pies de Babel Congress for translation students. At the latter, I presented my successful Bachelor’s Thesis, an analysis of olive oil labeling in Spanish and English. Nowadays, I am starting my research career while working as a freelance translator and at Basilippo.
